Homebuilder sentiment fell to levels not seen since January. Sentiment was up as a warmer winter and an improving company saw buyers starting new homes.
The Dow is up 90 points, the Nasdaq is down 21 points and the S&P 500 is up slightly.

SNPK shares continue to trade higher as the stock promotion campaign remains in full effect. The company has also been releasing news at a steady clip with. Sunpeaks Ventures announced on Friday it has signed an advertising and promotion agreement with another major sports team and that Clotamin will be sold at all Walgreens locations in Arizona.

SEFE, Inc. (OTC:SEFE) is up 7.03% today at $1.37 with an intraday high of $1.38. SEFE has traded 2.1 million shares this afternoon, more than triple its average volume. SEFE shares are up nearly $0.20 in the past two days.
Xinde Technology Company (OTC:WTFS) is up 44.29% today at $0.1010 with an intraday high of $0.12. WTFS has traded 3.1 million shares so far today, 30 times its average volume. Xinde was granted two national utility model patents earlier today.
California Grapes International, Inc. (PINK:CAGR) is up 40% at $0.0042 with an intraday high of $0.0049. CAGR has traded 39 million shares so far today. CAGR shares have jumped about 400% in the past two days.
